Healing is not a destination.
it is a return.
A return to clarity, presence, and wisdom
Our approach is gentle, nuanced, and grounded in trauma informed, evidence-based practices. We have both spent most of our careers sitting with people in the tender, complicated places of being human: grief and joy, trauma and healing, relationships and identity, endings and beginnings.
Again and again, we’ve been reminded that healing isn’t always about fixing something. Sometimes it’s about slowing down enough to hear what has been there all along.
about jenny
I came to this work because I believe there are parts of ourselves we simply can’t think our way into. For me, psychedelic medicine changed something that traditional forms of healing and therapy never could.
This work has been profoundly life-changing for me personally. My own experiences with altered states opened doors I didn’t know were there and allowed me to experience myself, my relationships, and my life from places I couldn’t access through insight alone. It gave me a different understanding of what healing can feel like, not just what it can look like.
I bring more than a decade of experience supporting people through meaningful change, along with extensive training in trauma, nervous-system-informed care, psychedelic-assisted practices, and altered states. I’m also a Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Provider.
But credentials are only part of what I bring into the room. I’m a woman, a mom, a friend, and a person who has done a lot of my own becoming. I’m warm and curious. I laugh easily. I’m comfortable with big feelings, long silences, strange metaphors, tears, irreverence, and the wonderfully unexpected places these experiences can take us.
My role isn’t to lead you toward my version of healing. It’s to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to discover what this experience holds for you.
That’s the heart of Root & Rewire for me.
about laura
For me, psychedelic work is about going beyond the typical expectations for healing, growth, and what it means to be human. For most of my life, I’ve been handed blueprints for how healing is supposed to look: in high control religion, in college and grad school, and in the mental health field. Questioning those blueprints often came with consequences. Eventually, I realized that happened simply because I was asking good questions.
Medicine work allows us to ask questions. It supports sitting with the mystery, instead of trying to explain it away. After decades of believing I needed the answers, sitting with mystery can still feel foreign sometimes. But that’s also where the growth lies, for me personally and for many of the people I’ve worked with.
I bring 12 years of experience working with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and broken relationships. I have specialized training in psychedelic assisted work, as well as training in sound healing. I’m honored to be a cofounder of Root & Rewire with Jenny, and deeply appreciate her wisdom with medicine work. I love bringing in additional modalities to further support long-lasting, transformational change.
I’m a mom, wife, friend, sister, musician, singer, and annoyingly curious woman. I show up authentically, laugh, cry, and swear a little (ok a lot). I am forever amazed at the incredible, beautiful uniqueness of people. I’m here to help you come back to yours.
we don’t believe the medicine gives us all the answers. we do believe it can open a door.
If you feel called to slow down, go inward, and rediscover the quiet wisdom that has always been there, this space is for you.
