faq

What happens at a retreat?

1

Every retreat is slightly different, depending on the length, location, and if there is a specific theme for the group. In general, you can expect to experience multiple methods of holistic healing, opportunities for reflection, plant medicine, and community support.

Is this therapy?

2

This work is supportive and exploratory, focusing on growth, clarity, and transformation. It is not clinical therapy and does not focus on diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

Do I need to be spiritual to do
this work?

3

No, you just need to be curious. The work meets you where you are, without labels or expectations. No experience is better than another.

is a group retreat the right fit for me?

4

It’s completely okay to be unsure! We’ll start with a brief clarity call to answer your questions, explore what you’re seeking, and recommend the right level of support, whether it’s working with us or not.
