Root into what’s real, and return to yourself

Our world offers
excess that still feels empty
productivity without purpose
& connectedness without community

how long have you been longing for something more?

for the woman who’s ready

Maybe you’ve been running on autopilot for so long that you’ve forgotten what anything else feels like. You’ve been showing up for everyone else, running on empty, somehow doing it all, and feeling like it’s never enough. Meanwhile, you’re not sure where you went, or where you lost her.

You’ve already felt the pull for something deeper, something different. But diving into something that requires letting go of control and allowing the process to unfold can feel intimidating. Who will hold you, when you’ve always had to hold yourself?

You don’t have to know what’s next. You don’t have to have a plan this time. You just need to be willing to slow down, breathe, and stay curious. There is so much more truth, more you, to uncover and return to.

medicine retreats in colorado

Womens’ retreats

You’ve been holding everything for everyone for so long. This is your space to unravel, remember, and rewire. Join a small group of women in the wild, serene mountains of Colorado for a transformational weekend of supportive healing for the mind, body, & spirit. Retreats are centered around plant medicine journeys and feature sound baths, meditation, and breath work in community.

affinity retreats

Some of our retreats are designed for specific groups, to facilitate medicine work and holistic healing with aligned community. We are planning retreats for religious trauma survivors and LGBTQ+ identified folks in 2027.

couples’ intensive journeys

This is your opportunity to do medicine work with your partner, in a setting designed just for your growth. The medicine can support insight about where you need to go, and the protected time and intentional debriefing in a couples’ group setting gives you the space to actually work through those stuck points.

You’re not alone on your journey back to yourself.

We are two Colorado women who are seekers, like you. Our professional paths crossed in 2015, and that led to a deeply meaningful friendship. We have supported each other through marriages, divorces, babies, grief, joy, career moves, and growing our businesses in our other professional lives as therapists.

As each of our lives got more complicated, so did the need to dig deeper to find and hold onto real peace and purpose. Both of us have been personally transformed by this work. We bring trauma expertise, holistic healing modalities, and lived experience to every retreat as spiritual wellness coaches.
